That is the healthcare principle that Dr. Minji Lam adhere by since a young age. She believes that true healthcare comes from within, and the power that makes your body heals the body, which led her to pursue chiropractic studies.

Whilst studying and practising in the UK, she was learning from experienced coaches (>25years in practice) from US, UK and Australia outside of her studies. Dr Minji also gained immeasurable knowledge and experience on helping pregnancy and paediatrics patients from days old onwards! This further drives her passion in helping the community to create and support a vibrantly alive and well-adjusted family that strives from within. As the saying goes, preservation of wellness starts from an early age and it’s easier to stay well, than to get well.

Besides specialising in pregnancy and paediatrics, Dr Minji is also certified in teaching infant massage, to provide the newborn’s parents a unique skillset to help them soothe and bond with their little one. Dr Minji’s passion with family care doesn’t stop there, she is also certified in dry needling and kinesiotaping to assist with all the needs for you and your family to get well and to stay well.
